This was my first Upwork contract and my first German translation. I fumbled through a lot of the process blindfolded and thankfully Ela was patient with me. She provided a good translated file, that had the standard typos you would expect in a 70k+ novel, but she was always willing to go back and make changes to the document efficiently, no matter how many times I contacted her. From memory, I think it was her first novel translation too. So we really did have a learning experience, but to me, I think it worked out well despite the hiccups I provided.
